That’s the takeaway from the settlement agreement reached between the former fun couple, according to E! News;

According to the paperwork filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Spears’ monthly child support payments to K-Fed have been bumped from $15,000 to $20,000, retroactive to July 15, and Federline attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan will get a check for $250,000. (View the court docs.)

Attorneys for the ex-Chaotic tandem had been due in court this afternoon for a second straight day of discussions in the custody battle over sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.

But at the last minute the hearing was scrapped and the respective lawyers were dispatched to the courthouse to file the settlement documents.

“The hearing has been called off,” a spokesman for Los Angeles Superior Court tells E! News. “A settlement has been reached.”

According to a source close to Spears and familiar with the deal, the 26-year-old singer will also be getting increased time with her boys.

The only thing requested in the settlement by Federline, 30, was “more money for him and his attorney,” the insider says.

The deal means the ex-spouses won’t be headed to a court showdown. A trial in the tug-of-war case had been scheduled for next month.

Spears is well on her way to regaining joint custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James, which she lost following her January meltdown.

“By the end December she will effectively be getting 50-50 time with her boys based on her improvement,” the Spears source says.

Broderick’s spokesperson Simon Hall didn’t deny the allegations, telling the magazine instead: “There will be no comment.” The publication reports the pair met in a Manhattan bar last November and later he was allegedly seen heading to the woman’s apartment carrying wine and flowers.

It claims Broderick, 46, told the brunette his relationship with Parker, 43, was “not good”.

Parker, who has a five-year-old son, James Wilkie, with Broderick, has previously admitted that their marriage is tumultuous at times. In an April interview she said, “I’m really lucky that he is the father of my son, but that doesn’t mean that we always agree on everything. We’ve had some rather treacherous train rides. I’m happy to be with him regardless but I’m sure there are many times he wishes he wasn’t with me.”

Gawker is reporting inside news from one of its sources that Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson had a troubling fight just before the two were popped by paparazzi leaving the Waverly Inn in New York City on Tuesday night.

I find that hard to believe since both Lindsay and Sam looked awfully happy in aforementioned photos, but you never can tell.

Here’s Gawker’s story:

“One of our inside New York sources, Guest of a Guest spotted the actress/deejay duo at the Waverly Inn last night, a Gotham hotspot frequented by all of the Big Apple’s most in-the-know glitterati. All seemed well enough as they dashed out of a sleek black SUV and past the usual swarm of paparazzi into the restaurant. But then things got ugly! Our source tells us:

“We really did not pay much attention to them once we were seated, except at the end of their meal when Lindsay stood up and stepped/stumbled on [my friend's] foot. Without looking back or apologizing she headed straight out the door. We guess her exit was spontaneous as Samantha was behind her sputtering: ‘Are you leaving?’ ‘Lindsay are you leaving?’ ‘I guess she’s leaving.’ ‘She just left!’”

After the show’s return in April, the cable network’s steamy promos and print ads got critics talking and calling it, “Every parent’s nightmare,” “Very bad for you,” “A nasty piece of work” and “Mind-blowingly inappropriate.”

Intern the marketing team at CW used those exact phrases in its newest campaign to stir buzz and get the last laugh at tiresome critics.

“I think it reeks of desperation, if they have to position themselves as so edgy and so controversial that they’ve been called out by us,” said The Parents Television Council’s Melissa Henson, whose organization has criticized the show’s salacious story lines.

The CW’s marketing chief Rick Haskins responded that the sensational ads are meant to be attention-grabbers.

“This sort of campaign resonates with someone who likes Gossip Girl,” he told the AP of their effort to use of “well-written headlines that are provocative and would catch our viewers’ attention … and, in a tongue-in-cheek way, capture what the show is about.”

 Curtis Jackson, better known as 50 Cent has sued Taco Bell, claiming the fast-food restaurant chain is using his name without permission in a “witty” print advertising.

The rapper says in a federal lawsuit filed Wednesday that the Mexican-themed chain features him in a print ad asking him to change his name to 79 Cent, 89 Cent or 99 Cent, as part of Taco Bell’s “Why Pay More?” campaign, which promotes items for under a dollar, including Cinnamon Twists for 79 cents, Crunchy Tacos for 89 cents and Bean Burritos for 99 cents.

The papers say the Irvine, Calif.-based company sent a letter requesting the name change to the news media without asking the rappers permission.

The rapper’s lawyer, Peter D. Raymond, said his client didn’t learn about the letter or that he was featured in the ad campaign until he saw a news report about it. Raymond said his client is seeking $4 million in damages.

Taco Bell Corp. spokesman Rob Poetsch issued a statement saying: “We made a good faith, charitable offer to 50 Cent to change his name to either 79, 89 or 99 Cent for one day by rapping his order at a Taco Bell, and we would have been very pleased to make the $10,000 donation to the charity of his choice.”

Personally I’m with Jackson on this one, the rapper has a plethora of very lucrative product campaigns including his own signature Vitamin Water titled “Formula 50″, and surely does not need Taco Bell to donate 10,000 to a charity for him, in lieu of poorly chosen advertising.
