He’s produced music for artists like Christina Aguilera, Mariah Carey, Beyonce, and Lil’ Wayne. All who have raked in millions that apparently the producer spent unwisely.

The producer/composer Scott Storch is in deep with the law—an arrest warrant that was issued Wednesday morning after the producer failed to pay $500,000 in back taxes.

Storch owes a half-million dollars in back taxes on his $10.5 million Miami Beach estate, according to the Miami Herald. According to PerezHilton.com, the rapper turned producer is also seriously behind on child support.

Storch, who is frequently photographed out on the town dripping in diamonds and partying on his yacht, allegedly owes more than $100,000 in child support payments.

In addition, another woman, Vanessa Bellido, came forward last year and claimed claims Storch is the biological father of her 16 year-old son. The producer acknowledged paternity and made regular payments until January of this year, she says

A representative for Storch claims the producer is in the process of refinancing his home to fix his current financial situation.

“He intends to honor all of his obligations,” his lawyer, Guy Spiegelman, said. “He was a victim of mismanagement of his business enterprises, resulting in his current predicament.”
